Beginner's Course - Canne de Combat
Canne de Combat is a traditional french stick fighting art consisting of striking techniques, blocks, feints and combinations aimed at pre-defined areas of the opponents body, head and legs. It is a long range, and graceful art, involving stylish striking and athletic movement. As you can see from the photos, padded clothing, gloves and headguards are worn in competition.
This course is for adult beginners. The strikes and defences are simple to learn, so you can quickly get the "feel" of the sport. It is dynamic and a lot of fun!
