Self-defence for men
Men, particularly those between the ages of 15 and 30, may also benefit from self protection training. Attacks on men are usually very different in character to attacks on women, and require different responses and skills. The Community Education Programme at Coleridge Community College offers a self-defence course designed especially for men. Phone 01223 712340 for further details or to enrol for the next course.
